This was our first elevator and I had no idea what to expect and price. After meeting with the first company I was still confused. Then I met with the HECO rep, Steve. He helped clear up my confusion and concern and I decided to contract with HECO. The installation team headed by Mike was professional, courteous, always cleaned up after each day and finished installation in about a week. Shout out to Mike's team. Another key point of my concerns was company service after installation. HECO has met this to date. Whenever I needed an answer both Steve and Mike were available with quick responses to include coming to my house expeditiously. Overall, I have been very satisfied with HECO and would highly recommend them for residential elevators. And I forgot to mention that all this was done at a lower price than their competitor.
