Residential Elevator Inspection

We had excellent service from our technician, Bill Fry. He was prompt and took his time diagnosing the problem. Very professional and also, a great sense of humor. Will definitely come back to HECO as long as they have technicians like Bill.

HECO is an amazing company. Their customer service went way above and beyond my expectations. They visited the site at framing stage, took all measurements, provided a timely quote, and then delivered the most important aspect of our relationship, and great elevator. The installation techs were very professional and clean. I left them at the house, as we were out of town during install, and upon arrival home the elevator was complete and the foyer was cleaner than when we left it. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Great crew, great job …on time as promised

This was our first elevator and I had no idea what to expect and price. After meeting with the first company I was still confused. Then I met with the HECO rep, Steve. He helped clear up my confusion and concern and I decided to contract with HECO. The installation team headed by Mike was professional, courteous, always cleaned up after each day and finished installation in about a week. Shout out to Mike's team. Another key point of my concerns was company service after installation. HECO has met this to date. Whenever I needed an answer both Steve and Mike were available with quick responses to include coming to my house expeditiously. Overall, I have been very satisfied with HECO and would highly recommend them for residential elevators. And I forgot to mention that all this was done at a lower price than their competitor.
